This hands-on training program  learn how to create a sales forecast for their store using step by step method. Then, participants will use this sales forecast as a starting point to create a complete store sales plan. The sales plan will include setting the store’s main sales strategy as well as specific sales improvement tactics. At the end of this training course participants will have their store’s complete sales plan that includes all their store’s different resources.
